Internal and External Communication
Internal and External Communication projects are focused on communication within the company and communication between the company and its external clients.
The project process is structured across several stages:
- communication audit,
- development of the communication strategy,
- definition of communication standards,
- optimisation of communication channels,
- identification of communication noise sources,
- targeted and methodological support for the development of communication.
