Manager Performance Assessment (MPA)

MPA is a systematic development tool in the leadership and human capital development within the company.

Manager Performance Assessment

It enables to provide feedback based on the performance assessment – focused on the appraisal of predefined key competences in the structure:

  • HEAD – managerial competences,
  • HEART - social competences,
  • LEGS – performance competences.

The methodology MPA is based on the 360° feedback – the employee is evaluated not only by his/her supervisor, but also by colleagues on the same level and by his/her direct subordinates. Part of the MPA is also self-evaluation of the employee. The comparison of self-evaluation and evaluation of others is consequently used as the basis for designing a specific and efficient development plan of the employee.

MPA can be used in slight mutation for verifying the efficiency of already realized development programs in practice or in a form of 180° feedback.
